1. Preheat the Oven

2. Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Whisk together the ingredients until they are well blended and smooth.
3. Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
Make sure to sift the flour if you want an extra fluffy texture.
