The School Pizza Recipe

Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of powdered milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 package of quick rise yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Add Wet Ingredients:

Warm Water: Carefully measure out 1 2/3 cups of warm water and add it to the dry ingredients.
Vegetable Oil: Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the mixture.
Mix the Dough: Stir until a shaggy dough starts to form.

Step 2: Knead the Dough
Knead: Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. You can add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Step 3: Let the Dough Rise
First Rise: Place the kneaded dough into a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
Step 4: Preheat the Oven
Prepare the Oven: While the dough is rising, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
