Ingredients:
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended for flavor and juiciness)
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbsp butter
4 slices sourdough or rye bread
1 cup mushrooms (sliced – cremini, button, or your favorite variety)
1 tbsp oil (vegetable, canola, or olive oil) for grilling
