Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Pie Crust

Combine Ingredients: Add the ½ cup granulated sugar, 2 ½ cups whole milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg to the eggs. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
