Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the florets are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the chickpeas. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a separate baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally for even crispness.
