This recipe combines the delicious flavors of churros and French toast

Ingredients:
8 slices of thick-cut brioche bread (or challah, Texas toast, or other sturdy bread)
For the Churro Filling:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the French Toast Custard:
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk (or half-and-half for extra richness)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for coating)
