Cheesy Taco Sticks

Prepare the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
Add Taco Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning mix according to the packet instructions. Usually, this involves adding water (about 1/2 cup) and simmering until the liquid is absorbed. Set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the pizza dough on a clean surface.
Assemble the Sticks: Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into 10-12 equal-sized strips. Place a cheese stick half at one end of each dough strip. Top with a generous spoonful of the seasoned ground beef mixture.
Wrap the Sticks: Fold the dough over the cheese and beef, encasing the filling completely. Pinch the edges to seal and form a stick shape. Place the prepared sticks on the baking sheet.
