Bologna Salad (Old Recipe)

Prepare the Ingredients
Begin by hard boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 10-12 minutes. Once done, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Peel and chop them once cooled.

Process the Bologna
Cut the bologna into smaller chunks to help it blend more easily. Place the bologna in the food processor or blender and pulse until finely chopped.

Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped bologna, hard-boiled eggs, pickle relish, and mayonnaise. If you like, add shredded cheddar cheese at this stage.

Mix Well
Stir all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
