Get Started:

Cook the Spinach:
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently to ensure even cooking.
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in ¼ cup of the shredded Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and well combined with the spinach.
Stuff the Salmon:
Make a horizontal slit in each salmon fillet, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.
Stuff each pocket with the cooked spinach and Parmesan mixture, dividing it evenly among the fillets.
