Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Warm Up: Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare a round or rectangular cake pan (around 23 cm / 9 inches) by greasing it lightly with oil or butter, or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, place the pot of yogurt. Using the empty yogurt pot for measurement, add 2 pots of sugar. Crack in the 3 eggs and whisk everything together until smooth and creamy.
Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix in 3 pots of flour and 1 pot of oil. Stir gently until the batter is just combined and there are no dry flour pockets. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
