Yogurt Cake

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Prepare Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a round or rectangular cake pan (around 23 cm / 9 inches) with butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the pot of yogurt, 2 pots of sugar, and 3 eggs. Whisk together until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually incorporate the 3 pots of flour, 1/2 pot of oil, baking powder (sachet), and vanilla sugar. Stir gently with a spatula or wooden spoon until just combined, taking care not to overmix. The batter should be thick and creamy.

Step 3: Bake the Cake
Pour the Batter: Transfer the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
