Incorporate the Raspberries: Gently fold in the mashed raspberries and the melted white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture. Ensure the mixture is smooth and pinkish in color.

Add Graham Cracker Crumbs: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs a little at a time until you have a thick and cohesive mixture.

Step 2: Form the Cheesecake Balls
Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cheesecake mixture for about 1 hour to firm up, which will make it easier to handle.
