Tiramisu Cupcakes

Make the Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
In a small bowl, combine buttermilk and cooled coffee.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cupcakes cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
