St. Patrick’s Day Corned Beef and Cabbage Sliders

Step 1: Prepare the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. This tangy dressing will complement the richness of the corned beef beautifully!
Step 2: Assemble the Cabbage Slaw
In a separate bowl, add the shredded cabbage.
Drizzle half of the dressing over the cabbage and toss until the cabbage is evenly coated. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Step 3: Prepare the Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom for each slider.
Lay the bottom halves of the buns in a baking dish.
Layer the sliced corned beef evenly across the buns.
Place a quarter slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
Add a generous amount of the cabbage slaw over the cheese.
Drizzle the remaining dressing over the slaw before placing the tops of the buns on.
Step 4: Bake the Sliders
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and cheese is melted.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
