Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
2 teaspoons yeast (instant or active dry)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cups warm milk (about 105-115°F or 40-46°C)
1/4 cup olive oil (or melted butter for extra richness)
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing (optional, but recommended)
