Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables

Stir in 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, mixing it well with the sautéed vegetables. Cook this mixture for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to create a roux.

Add the Seafood Stock
Gradually whisk in 4 cups of seafood stock, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. This will form the base of your bisque.
