Roasted Cabbage

Preheat the Oven:
Start by placing a rack in the center of your oven and preheat it to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature is crucial for getting that delicious caramelization.

Prepare the Cabbage:

Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage.
Cut the cabbage into eight wedges by first cutting it in half lengthwise through the stem. Lay each half flat, slice each half in half again, and finally, cut each quarter in half.
To make cleanup easier, line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the cabbage wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
Brush with Oil:

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the cabbage wedges. Use a brush or your hands to evenly coat the wedges with oil, ensuring that every piece gets a nice glaze.
