1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup long-grain rice, rinsed
2 cups chicken broth (low sodium recommended)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand, honey BBQ recommended)
1 tablespoon honey (or more, to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
