Guilt-Free Yogurt Croissants

Incorporate Flour:

Knead Gently:

On a lightly floured surface, turn out the dough and gently knead it for about 1-2 minutes, until it is smooth. Form the dough into a ball.
Roll Out the Dough:

Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a large circle about 1/4 inch thick. Aim for a uniform thickness to ensure even baking.
