Garlic Butter Cheesy Pizza Bites

If you’re using homemade dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface until it reaches about 1/4-inch thickness. For refrigerated dough, simply unroll it onto the surface.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to blend all the flavors together.

4. Cut the Dough
Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the pizza dough into small squares, approximately 2 inches by 2 inches.

5. Assemble the Pizza Bites
Place a small spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square.
Drizzle a little of the garlic butter mixture over the cheese.
Fold the corners of the dough square towards the center to create a pouch, pinching the edges to seal them tightly.
6. Brush with Garlic Butter
Arrange the filled dough bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the bites with the remaining garlic butter mixture to give them a golden, glossy finish.
