Easter Carrot Cake Bars Recipe

Spread half of the carrot cake batter into the prepared pan. Dollop half of the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl it together. Spread the remaining carrot batter, dollop with remaining cream cheese, and swirl again.

Bake:
Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. A toothpick should come out with a few crumbs. Cool on a wire rack.

Serve:
Lift the bars out using the parchment paper, cut into bars, and serve. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature, and store extras in the fridge.
