Ingredients:
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
2 cups whole milk
1 cup canned coconut milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
4 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted (for topping)
Optional: Whipped cream, for topping
