Chocolate Trifecta Mousse Serenade

1: Prepare the Crust – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture firmly into the pan to form a solid crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely on a wire rack.
2: Make the Mousse Layers – In separate bowls, whip 1 cup of heavy cream for each mousse layer until soft peaks form. In another set of bowls, melt the dark, milk, and white chocolate and stir in 1/4 cup powdered sugar into each. Gently fold the corresponding whipped cream into each chocolate mixture until light and fluffy.
