Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Mix the crushed chocolate chip cookies and melted butter in a medium bowl until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form an even layer.
Freeze the crust for about 15 minutes to set.
Step 2: Make the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, edible cookie dough chunks, and chocolate chips.
Stir gently until the cookie dough and chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream.
Step 3: Assemble the Cake
Remove the crust from the freezer and pour the ice cream mixture over it.
Smooth the top with a spatula to create an even surface.
Freeze the assembled cake for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm.
