Chocolate and Pistachio Fondant

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and dust with cocoa powder four small ramekins or a larger baking dish if you prefer a single fondant.
Melt the Chocolate and Butter:

In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt together over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
Whisk Eggs and Sugar:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy. This incorporates air for a lighter texture.
