Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Shred the Chicken: If using grilled chicken breasts, shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. If using rotisserie chicken, remove the skin and shred the meat.

Chop the Vegetables: Dice the mango, avocado, and red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set all the ingredients aside.

Wash the Lettuce: Rinse the mixed lettuce under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 2: Make the Dressing
Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl or a mason jar, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, and honey (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. If using a jar, seal and shake until well combined.
