1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2. Split each biscuit in half and flatten slightly.
3. Layer roast beef and a slice of provolone on the bottom half of each biscuit.
4. Top with the other half of the biscuit and press edges lightly to seal.
5. Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and parsley.
6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15β20 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
7. Prepare au jus dip according to package instructions and serve warm with biscuits.
