Ingredients:
For the Cupcakes:

For the Pastry Cream Filling:
1 cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 large egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
For the Chocolate Ganache:

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
