Crack Chicken Noodle Soup

This creamy and flavorful chicken noodle soup takes comfort food to a whole

1 (10.5 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
6 cups low-sodium chicken stock
1 cup whole milk (or half-and-half for extra richness)
½ cup chopped celery
2 medium carrots, sliced
8 ounces egg noodles (or your favorite type of noodle)
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet (1 ounce) Ranch dressing mix
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
¼ cup chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
